Hey guys! Super quick calf workout here, grab a chair and lets do some releves.
Confession: I have always had calf envy. It takes quite a bit of working out for my body to show baby muscles. I feel like it takes a lot to see some definition in my calves so I have been known to do releves waiting in line, brushing my teeth..etc
After the last crazy months I’ve decided to start trying to fit in more at home workouts to build up my strength. You’ve got to fit it in where you can and right now that is during nap time for me!
