Today I wanted to share the chicken tender recipe we used the other day. Everyone in my family loved this!
1.5 pound Chicken Breast cut into strips
1 Tbsp. Coconut Milk
1 cup Almond Flour
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place your coconut flour in a container, whisk eggs and milk in another container and put almond flour mixed with spices in last container.
Take chicken strips and dredge through coconut flour, egg mixture and almond flour mixture.
Line all the coated chicken tenders in a large baking dish and spray with coconut oil. Alternatively, you can place a dollop of coconut oil right in the pan.
Put chicken tenders in the oven for 10 minutes. Flip chicken tenders over at the 10 minute mark and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
