Whole 30 Side Dishes | Roasted Veggies Two Ways

Today I have two super simple recipes for roasted vegetables that have been a huge hit at my house!

On to the recipes!

►Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Cranberries and Nuts◄
1 lb brussels sprouts, halved
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp salt (or more to taste)
1/4 cup unsweetened cranberries
1/2 cup nuts of your choice ( I used a mixture of pecans and walnuts)

Mix brussel sprouts with olive oil and salt. Spread face down on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Add nuts and cranberries and mix together, roast for an additional 7 minutes.Enjoy! ♥

►Lemon Garlic Broccoli and Cauliflower◄
1 head of Broccoli,chopped
1 head of Cauliflower,chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp salt (or more to taste)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup minced garlic

Mix all ingredients together and bake on a pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy! ♥
